He knows a thing or two about building a successful business. Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg says it all starts with your mindset.
When it comes to entrepreneurship, he says the key to success is learning as quickly as you can, which requires a growth mindset.
"No one starts off knowing everything that they're going to need to build something," he said in a live Q&A in Rome on Monday.
"The best thing that you can do is not pretend that you know everything, but go into it with the mindset that your job is to learn as much as you can, as quickly as you can."

Once you've got the entrepreneurial mindset, what's a more tangible first step to take?
You have to pinpoint exactly what you want to do above anything else,Zuckerberg emphasized in an interview with Y Combinator last week:"Start with the problem that you're trying to solve in the world — not with deciding you want to build a company."
People often start a company simply to start a company — or because they want to make a lot of money or have a bunch of people working for them, Zuckerberg said.
"The best companies that get built are things that are trying to drive some kind of social change, even if it's just local in one place," he said.
